Modern Tresses is located in the heart of Midlothian and ran by Jennifer Studer who has been in the hair industry since 2011, she specializes in blonding and lived in color techniques. Jennifer prides her self on continuing education and keeping up with the latest and greatest in coloring and cutting techniques.
